Our staff will be pleased to assist you in any way possible and all efforts will be made to accommodate your schedule. Everyone at our office is at your service. Consultations are available by appointment.
Office Appointment Policies
All appointments must be confirmed 24 hours in advance as unconfirmed appointments are subject to cancellation. Texts and emails are sent to patients prior to appointment. Text messages are sent at least 3 weeks prior to appointment, 2 days prior, and same day of appointment. Emails are sent 3 weeks prior, 3 days prior, and same day of appointment
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice for the cancellation of your scheduled service. Patients cancelling with less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be required to pay 20% of the services requested.
