Where does my care begin?
Your first visit is in person with Dr. Conkright at our Evansville office.
What does it cost?
With medication provided through our office, the program starts at $399 a month. With a prescription, it is $199 a month, and you pay the pharmacy directly for the medication. New patients begin with a one-time $200 visit in our office. Your exact monthly fee is confirmed with you at your visit, before any charge.
Is there a contract?
No. The program is month to month.
Which medication will I take?
Dr. Conkright prescribes FDA-approved medications, or medication compounded for you by a state-licensed U.S. pharmacy, chosen for each patient at the visit. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
