Friends and staff from Conkright Aesthetics took a walk down memory lane Thursday, June 21, 2012. Wearing their high school colors and dressed as they did in high school, five decades were represented at the Girlfriend Gala to benefit WarrickCounty CASA(Court Appointed Special Advocates For Children). Every year more than half a million children are abused and neglected. The CASA program was created in 1977 to make sure the abuse and neglect these children originally suffered at home doesn’t continue as abuse and neglect at the hands of the system in court.
Conkright Aesthetics joined a standing room only crowd for entertainers from the roaring twenties to” Lady GaGa”. Lots of fun, food and reminiscing as we strolled through the memories of our high school years.
