Our fees, in plain terms
- Office-provided program starts at $399 a month (medication and visit included).
- If Dr. Conkright prescribes and you fill at a pharmacy: $199 a month plus what the pharmacy charges.
- A one-time $200 start-up visit, new patients only.
- No contract; month to month.

What the office-provided program includes
With the office-provided program, your medicine comes through our office as part of your monthly fee, along with your visit with Dr. Conkright. You do not deal with a separate pharmacy bill for the medicine we provide. Which medicine you receive is decided by Dr. Conkright at your visit.
The monthly fee "starts at" because the medicine and plan differ from patient to patient. Dr. Conkright tells you your fee at the visit, before you are charged.
What the prescription option includes
With the prescription option, Dr. Conkright writes your prescription and you fill it at a pharmacy. You pay our monthly program fee, and you pay the pharmacy directly for the medicine. What the pharmacy charges depends on the medicine and the pharmacy, so we do not quote it here. If you prefer, we can send the prescription to a pharmacy that delivers to your door.
Either way, you get the same thing from us: Dr. Conkright's care, his judgment on your medicine, and his staff's support.
The start-up visit
New patients have a one-time $200 start-up visit. This is your first, in-person visit with Dr. Conkright in our Evansville office. It includes your health screen and his review of your history and goals. Returning patients do not pay it again. More on the visit is on how to start.
No contract
The program is month to month. There is no contract and no long-term commitment.
Insurance
We do not accept insurance. The practice does not bill insurance or file claims, and does not complete insurance paperwork or prior authorizations. Our fees are self-pay.
Manufacturer cash-pay programs
Manufacturer cash-pay programs exist; we explain them at your visit. These are programs run by the drug makers for people paying without insurance. They change over time, so we do not print their prices here. If you choose the prescription option, Dr. Conkright and his staff will walk you through what applies to the medicine he prescribes.
Financing
We work with Cherry, PatientFi and CareCredit. Each is a separate financing company with its own application and terms. We can tell you which ones we accept, and you apply with the company directly. More is on our fees and financing page.
What you are paying for
Our program is a concierge, physician-led program. It is not the cheapest option you will find online, and it is not meant to be. Here is what your fee buys:
- A physician who knows you. Dr. Conkright sees every patient himself. You are not handed off to a call center or an app.
- A legitimate source of medicine. FDA-approved medicine for most patients. When Dr. Conkright prescribes a compounded medicine for a specific need, it is prepared for you by a state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacy and shipped overnight to you. Compounded medicines are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality before they are dispensed.
- In-person care. Your first visit is in our Evansville office, with a health screen and a full review of your history.
- Support between visits. Dr. Conkright's staff is here to help, and our phone is answered 24/7.

Which option is right for me?
There is no wrong answer. Some patients like one monthly fee that covers the medicine. Others prefer to fill a prescription at a pharmacy they already use, or to use a manufacturer program. Dr. Conkright explains both at your visit and helps you choose.
